We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Associates team in Vail, CO. This is a great opportunity to work with top providers, enjoy a supportive environment, and grow your nursing career in one of the most desirable locations in the country.

This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on. Relocation and Housing Assistance available.

About The Role

As part of our Surgical Associates team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives safe, personalized, and compassionate care before, during, and after surgery. You’ll collaborate closely with providers, deliver patient education, and help coordinate seamless, high-quality care experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
  • Triage patient calls and requests with skill and empathy
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
  • Administer medications and assist in procedures
  • Coordinate care across Vail Health and partner practices
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to support team success
  • Provide excellent, relationship-based care focused on communication, advocacy, and trust

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
  • License: Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state
  • Certification: BLS required
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking
