The Nurse Manager is a vital leader responsible for overseeing the Pre-op, PACU, and PAT departments, ensuring alignment with the center's mission, vision, and operational goals. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who promotes efficiency, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and upholds exceptional patient care standards. The Nurse Manager supports daily operations, manages clinical staff, collaborates with physicians and senior leadership, and occasionally provides direct patient care as needed.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all clinical functions within the Pre-op, PACU, and PAT departments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage department budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administration to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
  • Utilize continuous improvement practices to enhance patient and employee satisfaction.
  • Step in as a Pre-op/PACU/PAT RN when clinical needs arise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Active RN license in the State of Colorado.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum two (2) years of surgery management experience, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, with an emphasis on urology.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

$10,000 Sign on Bonus dispersed in three payments.
