RN Critical Care Resource Nurse

On Site / In Person position

MUST HAVE 5 + YEARS IN ICU or EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

Premium Pay and Night Shift Differential at $5.50/hour

This position requires you to be onsite for each shift at our HealthONE Division office in Denver

Shifts are 12 hours (6pm - 6am) weekdays, weekends, holidays

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a HealthONE Division Virtual Registered Nurse you will be part of an amazing group of 7 Denver metro area hospitals that include: The Medical Center of Aurora, North Suburban Medical Center, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Rose Medical Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center and Swedish Medical Center.

• The Virtual Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and understands the unique aspects of the population served in the care of his/her patients.
• Will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations.
• Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among healthcare team members.
• The Registered Nurse may rotate to areas other than his/her assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency.
  
  

What qualifications you will need:

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Graduate of a certified School of Nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
• Strongly desired 5 or more years in ICU or Emergency Department. Minimum of at least two years of RN experience in critical care setting.
